Rock Valley, Iowa — An Inwood man was injured after his vehicle struck a concrete well on Monday, June 12th near Rock Valley.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at 11:05 pm on Monday, 45-year-old Brent Fedders of Inwood was driving a 2006 GMC Sierra southbound on Dogwood Avenue.  According to the report, Fedders crossed Highway 18, lost control of his pickup, entered a field, and struck a fence and concrete well.

The GMC received $10,000 damage. The farm property received $1,000 damage.

Fedders reported minor injuries and declined further medical attention.

The accident remains under investigation.

The Sheriff’s office was assisted by the Rock Valley Police Department and Rock Valley Ambulance
