Hull, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the public’s help to find more information about an accident that sent a Steen, Minnesota man to the hospital.

According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, about 4:30 p.m. on Monday, September 19th, 56-year-old Harlan Kruid of Steen, Minnesota was driving a 2021 Kenworth semi-tractor northbound on Highway 75 between the railroad overpasses northwest of Hull, when a brown or tan Peterbilt semi-tractor pulling a cattle trailer traveling southbound on Highway 75 allegedly entered the northbound lane and side-swiped Kruid. They tell us the Hull Ambulance Squad, Hull Fire Department, and the Sioux Center Police Department assisted with the response to the accident.
